Adbusters developed the Blackspot V1 Sneaker to knock 'corporate cool' off its pedestal. These John Fluevog-designed shoes, made of organic hemp and faux leather in a Portuguese union factory, are friendly to people, animals, and the environment. The 'logo' (a white spot reminiscent of a smudged-out swoosh) is hand-painted, as is the red 'sweet spot' on the toe of the right shoe (which symbolizes kicking Nike CEO Phil Knight's rear end). Very comfortable; can accommodate varying foot widths. Each pair comes with a shareholder certificate. European whole sizes. Was $90.00. Limited quantities!

V2 Boot (Current Version)

Like its predecessor the V1, the Blackspot V2 activist boot was designed by John Fluevog and made in a Portuguese union factory of organic hemp and faux leather. The V2 also features recycled car tire soles. The logo (a white spot reminiscent of a smudged-out swoosh) is hand-painted, as is the red 'sweet spot' on the toe of the right shoe (which symbolizes kicking Nike CEO Phil Knight's rear end). This is one of our most popular styles. Each pair comes with a shareholder certificate. European whole sizes. Adbusters' pricing changes have allowed us to lower the regular price of the V2 from $120 to $115.

*Blackspot has discontinued use of the "dirty wash" finish. We are phasing in the new version as our old stock is depleted.
