While we make every effort to ship international orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible if the order is detained. Every attempt is made to provide accurate sizing information. It is the full responsibility of the customer to understand this information and select the proper size. Photographs of items are as accurate as possible. We are very careful to ensure that the items' color(s) are accurately reflected in their photos; however, we have no control over individual customers' monitor settings, which can sometimes distort colors. Item descriptions are as accurate as possible. Any customer who desires clarification or additional information regarding any particular item is welcome to email us with their questions. Our website is updated often (usually one or more times per day). Because our website is not connected to our store computer, there may be slight delays in removing sold-out items from the website. We always remove sold-out items as quickly as possible, but a few minutes may lapse before the item's removal is complete. If a desired item cannot be entered into the online shopping cart, it is possible that we are in the middle of removing said item, or that one's browser cache needs cleaning. Occasionally we are unable to restock an item quickly due to shipping delays, customs delays, or a supplier discontinuing or running out of the item. When this happens, we are happy to place customers on a waiting list for the desired item (if possible). If the estimated restocking date is known, we will make a note of it on the website, with the understanding that our suppliers may change the actual availability date at any time.

	To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
	To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?
	After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
