How do I return an item?

Return Policy and Form

Policy:

We gladly accept returns of items purchased online under the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be unworn and in original condition, with original tags and/or packaging. No exceptions. Books and "as is" items are not returnable.
• Shoes, wallets and other boxed items must be returned in unaltered and undamaged original product boxes, shipped inside a larger box. Please use the packing materials we used; PLEASE DO NOT SEND STYROFOAM.
• Returned items must be received at our store within 30 calendar days of the order. No exceptions. We are not responsible for orders that arrive late or are lost in transit. (For this reason, we suggest alerting us via email when an order is returned so it can be tracked if we do not receive it promptly.) All items received after the 30-day deadline will be returned to the sender and not credited.
• Return shipping fees are the full responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• Persistent abuse of the return policy may, at the owners' discretion, result in our inability to process future orders.

If your order arrives after the delivery date guaranteed by UPS, please email us. UPS generally  refunds shipping costs when an order arrives late, but they do not credit the receivers directly; it must be done through us. (This, of course, does not apply to orders shipped to military or international addresses via the postal service. Please allow extra time for mailed orders to clear customs.)

If your merchandise arrives damaged, do not throw away the packaging. Please e-mail us immediately using the contact information below.
